Is it true that good oil or good fats help you lose weight?

I heard that good oils like the ones in peanut butter helps you lose weight,specifically targeting the abdominal area.Of course in moderation,if so how much is recommended daily.Is it true that good oil or good fats help you lose weight?
yes very good actually but its like any food way to much or way to little of things can be bad for you
