Never heard anything like that-Do you have a source besides YouTube or just spreading rumors and lies from another source. The Iraqi oil money belongs to the Iraqis ad i never heard of any plan for the US to take it, sell it and keep the money for themselves as payment for the conflict.

What was said was that the reconstruction costs could be at least partially paid for with Iraqi oil revenues.

It wasn't a ';promise'; per se, but an intention, a plan. But that plan hasn't panned out. The terrorists / insurgents have done significant damage over the years to the oil production and distribution infrastructure, causing Iraqi oil production to remain, even today, below the levels prior to the war.





Events don't necessarily occur according to our wants and plans, as any minimal reading of history would inform you.
