Is it true that olive oil is good for your skin?

Just wondering!

Some one suggested that I mix olive oil and salt together in a bowl and then use it on my skin to exfoliate. Does that really work? And is it good for your skin?

Thanks! Is it true that olive oil is good for your skin?
Pure olive oil is very good for the skin. It's best to massage it in while the skin is still damp from a shower because olive oil can be a bit heavy. I've never tried it mixed with salt as an exfoliant, but it should work well as long as you do not have sensitive skin.Is it true that olive oil is good for your skin?
Yes. That should work. Olive oil, especially when it is warm, good for your skin and salt does exfoliate. Salt also helps healing and is a good antiseptic. And if you want lovely hands you can put warm olive oil on them before you go to bed. Put on white cotton gloves to keep the oil on your hand and off your bed linens.
I apply a thin layer at night and let it soak in while im chatting with the boyfriend on the computer for a few hours.

Then pat it off (not rub completely) and go to sleep. That way its still on my skin but theres not alot so it stains my pillow.

My mom takes one shot of it every other day. But I hear they make oilv oil capsules.

I have thos oilve oil hair spray i bought at Sallys and it works great and makes me hair soft and fluffy just like it was 3 weeks ago when my hair dresser straightened it!

goodluck
Olive oil is great for your hair and skin. You can use sugar or salt to exfoliate. It's all natural and it's all good. Try it.
Its best to use olive oil and sugar instead of salt because its less harsh on your skin.

Olive oil really moisturises my skin well and sugar exfoliates.

Yes, Try putting it in a bath. Olive oil makes your skin super soft. It also helps get rid of acne in some cases.
Im not sure about olive oil but peanut butter works well.
