Im trying to help my grandmother with her arthritis. Is there a oil that is very good with circulation?

Her hands are always very stiff and cold. I want to make her a lotion with essential oils that will help the stiffness and bring blood flow/ anyone got a good recipe?Im trying to help my grandmother with her arthritis. Is there a oil that is very good with circulation?
Focus on changing her diet. Provide her with healthier food if you want her pain to go away. Masaging her hands is only a temporary relief. You can treat the outside but the problem is on the inside. Find a way to stop the inflammation on her joints, take glucosamine sulfate supplements so there's a lubrication between the two joints and take some fish oil which provide omega 3, 6, 9 essential fatty oil which can help with her arthritis and better her blood circulation.

If she is eating healthy her body can produce more glucosamine sulfate fluid and a thicker cartilage to stop the to joints from rubbing against bone which then cause inflammation and pain.

If eating healthy is diffucult then take a high quality multivitamin to make up for what she's not eating enough of.

I would recommend taking Proflavanol 90 which is a good anti-flammatory and good with boosting immune system. For extra Glucosamine sulfate she can take Procosa II and Biomega for Omega 3,6,9 essential oil for her blood circulation. For a high quality multivitamin she can take the Essential or Healthpak. I recommend this company Usana Health Science because they carry the highest quality supplements.

Or she can take over the counter or lower grade supplements at the local store.Im trying to help my grandmother with her arthritis. Is there a oil that is very good with circulation?
