If your engine is still in good shape and not leaking, get some synthetic oil. I would use a pure synthetic, not a blend, and get 5w20 or 0w20. Synthetic is a longer lasting oil made for performance and durability. It will last longer in your engine while lubricating better and improve efficiency. See the link below for more information.
