How do I turn up the domestic hot water temperature on an oil fired FHW boiler.?

I have a Utica 3 Boiler that generates hot water for both heating purposes %26amp; domestic hot water use. The operating manual doesn't even cover temperature settings for domestic hot water. Any ideas. How do I turn up the domestic hot water temperature on an oil fired FHW boiler.?
Turn up the low limit dial inside the aquastat control. It works like this: Whatever you have the dial set at, the burner will turn on at that temp. minus 10 degrees. For instance , dial is set at 140 the burner will turn on at 130. Next you look at the differential dial setting .. you add that number to the burner on temp. ,130 degrees in our example, that tells you when the burner will shut off.If the differential dial is at 20 degrees , the burner will shut off at 150 degrees. So our example cycle is ... burner on at 130 degrees and runs until it reaches 150 degrees.I feel that a 20 degree differential is optimum for a tankless heater because of a long burner run cycle. hope this helps.
